Creature, while on the surface seems to be a strange name, is actually fitting considering his past. Born in a small Peruvian village with an unpronounceable name, Creature was raised by a pack of Llamas. Even though he was clearly loved and accepted by his family, Creature knew from an early age that he was different. Through the art of observation, Creature learned such important skills as spitting and sleeping. But deep down inside he knew there was something missing in his life, and, thus, began his quest for finding his purpose. He made his way to the United States of America by canoe. There, he discovered girls, disco, and the art of moving picture. While girls and disco had their merits, it was film that interested Creature most.

With a keen and dark sensibility for observing the strange and surreal, Creature applied his eclectic vision to short films and commercials alike. In fact his eerie NHL spec campaign earned him a spot in Shoot?s Magazine?s 2007 New Directors Showcase and his macabre short film Mere Suggestion was included in this years Long Island International Film Expo. Both honors came on the heels of his new martial arts-themed spot for the Oregon State Lottery out of BPN in Portland.

When creature isn’t in the midst of creating, he enjoys spending time at his home in the deep woods where he brushes up on his sudoku skills and sketches plastic fruit with his wife.
